Overview
Shared Workflows is the Library tab that lists workflows other users have shared with the current user. It is the counterpart to My Workflows: where My Workflows lists workflows the user created, Shared Workflows lists those shared to the user by others.
Note: A Workflow in the UI corresponds to a Weave pipeline in product documentation. This reference uses “Workflow.”
When to use it
- Finding a workflow another user has shared with you.
- Acting on a shared workflow with the row actions available to you.
List columns
| Column | Description |
| Id | Identifier for the workflow. |
| Name | The workflow’s name. |
| Project Name | The project the workflow belongs to. |
| Created Date | When the workflow was created. |
| Updated Date | When the workflow was last updated. |
| Actions | Row controls available on a shared workflow. |
Key behaviors
Populated by sharing, not by creation. A workflow appears here only when another user shares it with the current user; the user does not add entries directly.
Actions are similar to My Workflows but not identical. The row actions resemble those on My Workflows, but the available set differs for a workflow the user did not create.
